You should probably up the cals and get more protein dense, Whole Foods in your diet. I ate 2,000 calories of lower protein junk for around 2 months and lost a lot of weight but I was miserable and wrecked my metabolism and hormones. So, you might need to eat more calories with more protein and nutrients

If you usually watch something or fiddle with things try not to do that. When you look and pay attention to your food it makes you feel fuller

I mostly eat chicken, ground beef, rice, potatoes, Greek yogurt, and mixed veggies. I’ll throw in a protein shake if I want a snack but I could fr eat a pound of beef and 2 cups of rice and still be hungry as fuck

In that case, your deficit might better to steep. You might be hungry because it’s simply too much of a deficit. How much weight have you been losing a week?
