Just because something makes you happy doesn't mean it's good
We do because it's what makes us human. It has no direct effect on us but we understand and care about it
Increased rate of progress—>greater motivation
You’re going to the gym for the wrong reasons then.
If you can't stay consistent as a natural you have no business hopping on gear
The vast majority of meth head and heroin addicts use the exact same logic
But what if the drugs make me happy?
If you need validation to remain consistent you’re going to be mediocre
What are the right reasons?
Self betterment for it's intrinsic value
Then you desperately need therapy if your health is less important to you than big muscles
