I feel like I’m pretty consistently hitting my calorie and protein macros for putting on muscle, im lifting regularly, but my actual body weight hasn’t changed in like a month or two. Am I working out too much or am I not eating enough?

Id honestly worry about your numbers on lifts and overall body composition rather than weight. You could be recomping without even knowing it

For example last spring I got stronger and lost weight at the same time so it’s definitely possible
