Any advice on how to improve deadlift (working on locking out)

At the start of your first rep you jerk up and then get stopped when you get tension. You should first get tension on the bar by pulling a little and then actually do the rep

Yeah pretty much what everyone else said. You're ruining your starting position before the bar even breaks off the floor, so you need to make up all that lost ground on lockout. Need to build tension and wedge and not have your hips rise early

You’re very leaned over the bar and it’s making you have to over extend and pull even more through your erectors, wedge your hips in more and make sure the slack is fully pulled. Try and think of having the gap between your legs and arms become very small triangle, you can have your upper back and shoulder round, but you still want a rigid lower and to be more upright with hips a little further wedged in

Feet are way too spread apart.

You also lose a bit of the slack and wedge at the start from your hips rising slightly too, so getting a better slack and a stiff wedge will take out that wasted movement that is also hindering how smooth it is
