Hey! Need a little advice. Trying to lose at minimum 20 pounds by August. Plan to attend golds gym. I need to work on full body. Main goals is cardio (trying to run a 2 mile faster than 15 mins). CW 163, GW 140 or less.

Literally, as long as you’re burning more calories than you are eating, you’ll lose weight.
