Okay so new to the gym, sorta went a few years ago and stopped because of an injury and depression, I’m wanting to lose weight, about 30-40lbs, is cardio really the best way to do that? I’m currently at 205 and would like to be somewhere around 170ish

It’s thermodynamics… if you eat less than you burn you will lose weight. If you eat more than you burn you will gain weight. There’s no magic method, no way around it 🤷‍♂️
