been eating super healthy, low calorie, all that and was so bloated. then got in n out and ice cream yesterday and woke up this morning not bloated at all. make it make sense
Did that low calorie diet include large amounts of artificial sweeteners or a relatively high amount of fiber? When I cleaned up my eating the increase in fiber made me super bloated after meals for a while but then went away

You should eat probiotic and magnesium citrate gummy’s. And lower lactose intake except for hard cheese and butter

no artificial sweeteners and not high fiber, but more than before so maybe that’s why

Could also just be your body getting used to slower digesting foods/higher protein.
