It’s only bad if you’re not doing it proper way aka not warming up, bad form, doing it everyday, it’s good for power, I was a sprinter in track so I know, you should sprint 2-3 times a week to maintain athletic longevity

not every single time, i like running as a hobby too cuz i genuinely enjoy it. but yes on most runs i’ll incorporate sprinting in intervals towards the end.

I ran track in high school. It's not bad for you out of the box, but it poses a much higher risk of injury than other forms of aerobic exercise

Yes that’s if you don’t do it right, absolutely it’s a higher risk of injury.
