How do i force myself to eat more and stay consistent. Like i feel like im hungry but nothing ever sounds good. Trying to bulk from 130 to 160-170

have a few calorie dense staples. bread with peanut butter, liquid smoothies are easy to get a lot of calories down. add olive oil to all your meals (120 cals per tbsp of healthy fats), and snack on trail mix throughout the day. try to do these or whatever staples you enjoy on top of your normal daily meals and you’ll get there, you got it

Just focus on hitting your macros + eating clean and the consistency will show. Not much of a point in traditional bulks since it doesn’t speed up muscle growth

Try to up cardio nothing very intense just fast walking pace works great. Makes your body hungry again

Thank you like sometimes i will feel hungry and either i dont have food on me or nothing sounds good.
