Use more abs less neck. Hope this helps 😎

if your tummy is making a loaf in the middle when you’re doing them chances are your core is not being engaged properly which is why you feel your neck. you might need to build a little more core strength before doing intermediate exercises properly, try doing incorporating standing ab exercises
