if you’re a volume eater i think finding low cal foods is obvi the game changer. like foods where you can eat an entire container with not too many calories

Redirect your energy to something else, drink water, short walk, diet soda, protein bars/substitutions

sometimes when i'm dehydrated i feel really snackish so i'd suggest grabbing a glass of water when you feel like snacking to see if you're actually hungry or just thirsty
