Do you guys leave a courtesy plate on some machine? Like there are some machines in my gym where we always leave a plate on because it's obsurdly light (like the hammer strength row machines). I just think it helps save other people time and effort

Yeah for stuff like T bar, leg extensions, and 1 on each side for leg press. I feel like everyone is doing at least one plate on all of those
