Hey so I’m around 5’7 about 160lbs. My weight is a mix of muscle and a little fat. I’m trying to tone my lower abs/stomach, but nothing seems to be working. What are things that have been working for y’all for that lower belly fat?
Your abs will never show unless you can lower your body fat percentage enough

How do I do that other than the 5-6days a week working out combined with a calorie deficit that I’m already doing 😭

That should definitely be enough, just make sure you’re eating enough protein, around .7 to 1 gram per lb of body weight though I would guess you could lean of the lower side of that if your main goal is to slim down. How long have you kept this regime up?

It’s been about 1 months since I started the calorie deficit and 4 since I started the gym. But I keep a pretty healthy routine and watch my diet, but I’ve lost like 4lbs, maybe 6lbs tops.
