Just do it, there are zero negative effects as long as you drink a good amount of water every day. One scoop a day is perfect

It doesn’t deliver steroid like results but it does help. And recent research says it helps reduce anxiety and depression, especially in women.

Some brands offer more “fine” creatine which makes it “easier” to digest but honestly it’s just a marketing tactic. You can get the creatine at Walmart and it’s all the same. Just pick the cheapest one and save your money
