i feel like if i were to put years and years into trying to get a good physique for it to still lack compared to other ppl because of insertions, genetics, proportions etc., i would genuinely want to 🫩🔫 and its already not looking too good-

but not that 10%, which is still arguably a lot of people. plus looking at it through the lens of things about my body that i dislike that won’t change with lifting, then..

U need more intensive therapy then, talk therapy doesn’t work for everyone
