you can lose fat and gain muscle, but if you gain muscle you won’t lose weight. Fat and muscle both have mass

It’s all water weight within the muscle. It’s the visual equivalent of gaining 5-10 pounds of muscle. You look leaner on it

if you’re worried about being toned figure out your body fat percentage, and try and get that down. If you wanna be bigger bulk
