Does anyone have any tips for women trying to stabilize while benching? I just managed to bench 150lbs for the first time today and I was shaking a ton and want to improve it

ngl the only way is to just bench more and check your form after

Take a look at how powerlifters set their legs up, they’re digging their feet into the ground and flexing their glutes

I asked a random guy to spot me and he told me to drive from my legs and tuck my elbows in a little but idk how to really do that
