I wanted to feel strong cuz I’ve been feeling really really weak and out of shape because I haven’t been able to go to the gym fr so I did pushups against what my PT said and now I’m scared I made everything worse.
What’s the injury? Do what your PT says you can do and nothing else. In my experience if you’ve got a good PT and you’re patient enough you’ll come out of it stronger than you were before you got injured

The lower part of my spine has been taking too much pressure and is squeezing a nerve essentially. I feel really really dumb because I was literally just doing shit I normally do and I feel like I made it worse and I’m just embarrassed for being so dumb.
