First of all, how tall are you? Second of all, building some muscle by lifting weights can help you burn more calories at rest.

13-1400 seems incredibly low, especially with 10k steps. I was doing something similar, and I’m now back on 1700 and I’m losing weight. The harder you push yourself, the harder you’ll end up relapsing. Gotta be patient

i eat 13-1400 calories a day + 10k steps (i’m short) idk how i can eat less and do more exercise without losing my mind

i’m 5’2. also, i did gymnastics for 15+ years and i still have a decent amount of muscle from that!
