For me it’s definitely chest, I have Pectus Excavatum. Unfortunately due to this while my chest muscles develop my chest it’s hardly grows at all.

Anyone who answers chest just needs to try getting as big of a bench as possible

Idk if it’s the same but where’s the option for abs?

Definitely not

I did it and I have an overdeveloped chest. I’ve also never seen a powerlifter, or anyone with a big bench, who has a small chest.

Im a PL coach and see tons of big bench small chest people. Just bc something works for u doesnt mean it’s universal.

There’s definitely a lot that plays into it but I must say it’s worth a try, switching from high to low volume on chest definitely helped me (but you’re right that doesn’t mean it’d work for everyone)

Your glutes are the BIGGEST muscle in the human body… you should be training it more than other parts of your body!

I do! Which is why I notice it's significantly harder to grow! I work it harder than any other muscle group but it's still my most slow-growing muscle group 😭

I didn’t put it bc it’s less about growing abs and more about getting your body fat lower

Abs are a muscle just like any other and grow through training. hell If you workout abs enough you don’t even need to cut to a lower body fat %
