Im starting 75 hard today (October 18th) so my last day can be Dec 31 I’ll be drinking a gallon of water, running 2+ miles a day, 45 min daily workout, reading 20 min a day, etc. any tips?? I already workout 3-5 times a week so this is sorta doubling
