A huge issue that gets a lot of ppl to give up too soon: They don't realize you first have to actually CREATE the muscle. Not everyone has muscle on their body when they start. Creating muscle from scratch takes time! THEN you can grow/shape it!

This guy knows the muscles are always there right? Like, the whole process is growing them.๐Ÿ˜‚

Struggling with mind-muscle connection? You might not have the muscle for your mind to connect to yet! Just keep going! Me personally, I started as a malnourished recovering anorexic/alcoholic. So I had absolutely 0 muscle. I didn't understand why I wasn't 'seeing progress until a year later, when I actually had the muscle I was lacking before. Like OH, my glutes weren't growing no matter how hard I went bc I didn't even have any glute muscles to grow at first ๐Ÿ˜ญ Twas all just skin, fat, and bone

A lot of ppl give up before they even actually start, bc they think they just need to get in the gym and lift to grow, sculpt, and shape muscle. As if their body fat and other tissue magically transform into muscle. A lot of people don't actually even have adequate base muscle at first. The first up to a full year is all about building adequate base muscle, if you're starting with nothing. THEN you can start growing and shaping and ish. This is not clear or known to many people.

No. Like I probably had the bare minimum base muscle required for existence, but I never ate, and when I did, it was NOT protein. I drank constantly so, no muscle could grow and no fat could burn. And I never exercised. And I'm a girl, so I don't have the natural muscle that guys have. I had a butt, it just wasn't made out of muscle lmao. I used to walk/run/etc with my entire body lmfao. Being able to isolate my glutes is so new and magical to me ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚
