I’m new to working out and when your whole body is sore and you’ve already taken a rest day, do you still work out? lmfao

i mean most people don’t do full body workouts so if i do push today, i’ll be good for pull tomorrow bc it’s different muscle groups but also you should stretch, drink lots of water and consume carbs proteins and fats which will help w soreness but it never really goes away especially if you train and lift hard but you shouldn’t be in pain or anything

oh okk. i just do upper and lower every other day to switch up and give different muscle groups a break ig. didn’t know if i was doing it right but this helps out ty !!
