I’ve always been skinny, my metabolism is impossibly fast. So until recently when it started slowing down I’ve never had to worry about bad weight gain. If your body composition isn’t something similar to that then completely ignore anything I say after this. All I really did to get this big was eat a ton of food; Wendy’s baconator with 60 grams of protein, protein shakes, and homemade chicken dishes. Make sure you’re lifting heavy enough to properly engage the muscles, while also failing around

5-10 reps. Failure is important, if you only do what your body is capable of, it will never be capable of more. So you HAVE to hit that point where the weight is moving real slow, and fight like hell to get it up
