Eat high protein foods and foods with low calorie density. A bowl of Greek yogurt and fruit is like 200-300 calories but you probably wouldn’t want to eat anything else after that cuz of how much food it is

Eat foods that are low in calories but are satiating. You do not have to be on a strict diet to succeed, but that is up to you to decide.

fruit salad is awesome and is like dessert. nicotine (wouldn’t recommend) and caffeine (highly recommend) are a appetite suppressants. if ur really desperate wrap ice cubes in a towel and chew on it. u’ll just be drinking water and trick ur body into thinking ur eating.

I second this so hard I used to make bowl with 200g ish of apples sliced up (100 ish calories), this no fat Sam’s club Greek yogurt (100 calories for 170gs of it and 17g of protein) and topped it with 0 calories monk fruit sugar substitute (to make the yogurt sweeter and less tart) so that’s 200 calories and 17g of protein
