help it feels like i hold all my weight in my stomach. like my legs have no fat and are super muscular but i don’t have abs anymore or like an “hourglass” shape at all

Felt, for me it's bc my limbs are VERY LONG and my midsection is TINY. So for my limbs to gain weight (muscle), my midsection naturally gets hit harder. It's taken several cut/bulk rotations to start getting my midsection carved/snatched while also getting my legs thick and arms nice. And it'll take several more to get my ideal results.
