I’m thinking about getting into the gym but seriously need help on what workouts help best with losing weight if possible

Okay so coming from a girl who has had the hardest time with eating well, just get in the gym and get into a routine. Consistently working out will naturally make you want to eat a little healthier or at least be more conscious of your meal choices

Weight lifting for the bulk of your exercise, cardio as a supplement to exercise. Eat more protein and less calories overall. Creatine and lots of water will help speed up your progress as it can help you lift heavier (IE, burn more calories and grow more muscle, burning even more calories.)

Growing muscle is the key to keeping weight off, as it increases your maintenance calories overall. Cardio is great for your heart health and running is good for bones, but if you use it for most of your weight loss you’re likely to yo-yo.
