I hit the gym 6 days a week. If your trying to get bigger focus on low reps/high weight with 1-2 minutes rest each set. Do that for about a year and eat a lot of food and you’ll bulk up easily. If that’s your goal, hope this helps!

Ok this is very important can you tell me the exact date you took this. Because if you grew THIS much lean weight in 1.9 years or 2.9 years is kind of important!!!!

Yeah this is actually very solid progress. Even if only ~20 lbs of that is lean mass, that’s above average for 2 years. You’re clearly responding well to training and diet

I’m assuming the weight gain is from muscle mass and I’m trying to be like you. I’m only gaining because of food lol

Half way there??? That is subjective depending on how you want your physique to look like and as you start to put on more muscle it starts getting slightly harder but never impossible, this seperates good physiques from Greek god physiques 💪

I meant halfway to your own physique Honestly I feel like I may be there already but it's easy to let my ego talk when I've got a much higher BF%. I'm tryna cut down. Already went from 185 to 160, now trying to go from 160 to 150 to see how much that helps, but might have to go lower. I'm 5'8" so maybe I really do need to go below 150 to see my abs and all that
