but if i do a dumbbell super set with cables for 2 sets which is just me doing my cable work and instantly super set with my dumbbells next to me is that bad?

i only do it for lateral raises since it helps for me it may not work for others but it helps immensely for me tbh

broski, i’m saying for me it isn’t hurting the training effectiveness, i’ve done testing for my kinesiology class and it’s been helping my muscle grown it’s helping me go to failure more effectively everyone’s body is different for me it works

i’m literally supersetting the same workout together it’s me doing a “drop set” essentially i go from cable lateral raises to dumbbell lateral raises since i need an intermediate weight from my gym since the cables only do 12.5 different while dumbbells can do a 5lb difference
