Just learned it's "1g protein per lb of LEAN BODY MASS (aka muscle)", not your entire weight. I mean do what you will but that's a big difference for me

That’s not a bad rule at all. There where probably some poor fat people thinking they needed 300+ grams of protein when they probably only needed like 150

works either way. if you’re fat enough and hit it, basically guaranteed keto down the point it’s normal protein consumption
