I think it’s important to note there’s a big difference between fitness influencer and just trying to be helpful in the gym. For example today I politely told a girl how to lift a bar when spotting. Not because I’m any better but because she tried lifting to the guys neck.

Literally and their advice tends to be the most polarizing fearful stuff as well

My rule of thumb, I only say something if it’s dangerous not to, I’m curious about the exercise, or I see someone struggling and wanna give words of encouragement. Other than these situations I keep to myself.
