As a plus size girlie what workouts help with me being able to hold myself up longer to do pull ups. I weigh 246 and tried to hold on to the bar vs pulling myself up… couldn’t last over 5 seconds😂. Suggestions?

Practice dead hangs every day. If u can only do 5 seconds then do 5 “sets” and keep trying

Have you heard of elevated ones? You could also use a couple bands or by doing cardio and losing a little it will make it a little easier
