Not necessarily about weight but the amount of volume you do

Whatever gets you to failure in your desired rep range is exactly where you oughta be! Dw abt the numbers as long as they’re consistently going up.

Switch it up with strength workouts, do sets of 6-8 with the most weight u can do at that many reps

Whichever weight you can do with consistent form from start to finish of a set within the 5-30 rep range. Only add weight once you’ve reached the end of the rep range you’re using, say 6-12, and add weight on the 12th rep. If you find yourself struggling with the jump in weight return to the old weight and aim for 15 reps, this applies for other rep ranges too.

Normally do 10-15 reps per set

Works perfect! Or usually I just do 4sets of complete failure and remember your triceps make up 2/3s of your arm so if you want big arms make sure to do those as well
