i’m a calorie deficit rn (literally only a 200-300 calorie deficit) and tell me why im literally miserable… the food noise is loud asf. it’s def a mind game. HELP

slowdown and volume eat. some people can get away with eating small bags of Quest chips and shit. i’ll lose my mind. i’d sooner OD on salad than pretend Quest is a fine substitute for anything at one point or another you do have to make that decision though. the food noise is real but nothing worth doing is done without sacrifice

My favorite is popcorn then adding oil and nutritional yeast to it. People often don’t know PLAIN popcorn is actually good for you with almost no calories and protein!

Stop eating Doritos, stop craving Doritos. Your best bet is finding an alternative that is more healthy and forgetting about doritos. IMO you gotta stop allowing those in your range
