Tbh, my ROM on hip abductors is DISGUSTINGLY bad. It's not even that I'm lifting too heavy, I put the weight all the way down and had the same dogshit ROM 😭 I only have a valid ROM when I'm leaning all the way forward on the edge of the seat :( any tips?

you need to add stretching exercises and mobility exercises if your ROM is that bad
