Hi guys what do you guys do when you’re super bloated and just feel out of it? I just can’t seem to feel like light if that makes sense. I don’t want this to sound negative I just don’t know if it’s something I’m eating or me not working out as hard.

Honestly look for a victory. When im feeling like im making no progress i give myself like a cardio challenge that ik will be hard as hell. For example a few weeks ago i was feeling down and decided id run 10 miles. Id never completed a distance even remotely close to that and while completing it I walked for damn near half of it but in the end i did it and seeing the distance completed is such a mood booster.
