My gym just switched to closing at 9 on Fridays. I did not know. I got kicked out halfway through my workout. No finishing cardio, no core, no biceps. Im genuinely freaking out rn ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Ty this made me feel better, I now see it could've been worse ๐Ÿ˜ญ I'm so sorry that happened to you Bruh I feel like such a fat pos now like everything is ruined and my past year of dedication has been completely wiped out I can't go to the gym again until Monday night ๐Ÿ˜” like yeah I have 13 hour physically intensive shifts tm and Sunday but imma be tweaking out until Monday night now

Whoa, hold on, man. Missing *part* of a *single* workout doesn't undo progress. You're doing what you can. If it's the cardio you're upset about missing, maybe you can try putting on some music and dancing/cleaning? That's my go-to
