Yes bro, more and more studies are coming out of its benefits. It has more than just muscular and performance benefits. It also benefits brain health. If it's the big 2026 and you ain't on creatine you're only limiting yourself.

Nope, he took the recommended amount. I wish I could remember which brand he used bc until then, I thought they were all pretty much the exact same thing. When I said “too much” I think that taking the recommended amount can be too much than an individual may need

he mustve have had underlying kidney issues u dont just get kidney failure from 5gs of creatine, creatine is in all red meat also, you quite literally would need to take like 30g+ to have any issues with a healthy kidney
