Nope, he took the recommended amount. I wish I could remember which brand he used bc until then, I thought they were all pretty much the exact same thing. When I said “too much” I think that taking the recommended amount can be too much than an individual may need

he mustve have had underlying kidney issues u dont just get kidney failure from 5gs of creatine, creatine is in all red meat also, you quite literally would need to take like 30g+ to have any issues with a healthy kidney
