It's all about food swaps and food quality. You can eat A LOT and stay lean with the right ingredients. Egglife wraps are 50-70cals for 2 wraps w 11-12g/protein Spam triple 0 greek yogurt mixed with protein powder and make it fun (chia seeds, flax seeds, berries, protein cereals) Cook. Cook chicken, lean ground beef, optimal steak cuts, etc Wegmans popcorn and cleaner popcorn in general- excellent fiber, low calorie, filling, delicious Protein pancakes Nick's ice cream or even better-

What the other guy said but the most important part is to find low effort solutions that make it easier to eat healthy than to binge, and find foods that you genuinely enjoy eating not just whatever has the best macros. Patience is key, just be consistent long enough and you’ll get where you want to be.
