Just eat it in moderation, if that is what’s holding you back, just have a cheat meal once a week, but just eat less throughout the day so you can maintain the daily choleric intake. If you stick with that goal the cravings will start to diminish

i didn’t cut it out :), every morning i put into my fitness pal all my heavy protein foods i want for the day, once i get 170g of protein, i see how many calories i have left and i usually use whatever crappy food im craving as a pre workout, stops me from checking the calories of everything and getting an ED cus i got all my meals set up for the day

From what I’ve seen the people going on some insanely strict diet with no prior experience, pretty much fail most of the time. You still want to live a happy life, but stepping towards the right direction of being healthy is a great thing for one to achieve

100g of carbs before every workout and hitting high protein goals everyday is most likely where everyone fucks up the most imo
