
that’s fair but that may be the average maintenance for someone who does not work out and isn’t super active. I am 5’5”, 125lb and my maintenance is around 2300. it’s different for everyone based on your body and activity level. I do agree that’s a pretty high number though to be losing your period when you’re under, def will make it tricky if you ever want to cut.
could be just how your body is, could be training too hard without sufficient recovery, could also be the quality of what you’re eating. carbs and fats are very important, fats are so important for women for hormonal health and you need carbs to release the hormones that trigger ovulation. obviously don’t know what you’re eating or your lifestyle but those are some things off the top of my head
