I made toasted turkey and cheddar sandwiches with egg basted bread Per sandwhich, 600cal 47g protein (I used Cottage white bread and regular cheddar so calories are a bit higher, but there are lots of other bread/cheese options)

I used 4 eggs to make the basting, I scrambled what was left over and added it to the sandwich, so it’s all included in the macros
