Also has anyone tried woodway treadmills where you just run and thoughts on that?

honestly running in the snow is a top tier experience once you get past being cold the first few minutes

Honestly STARTING a run in the freezing cold is the hardest part, but after literally like a minute, the running makes up for it and your body warms uoy

Sometimes local universities have indoor tracks or fields that you can jog on, mine does for example and it’s open to the public most of the time. I run track and field I see it all the time

Sunglasses of some sort to protect your eyes and a face gator to make breathing easier and prevent windburned cheeks. A beanie as well. Cover your ears to prevent the aching that could happen from cold!

The hardest part for me is starting, so I’ll start on the treadmill just so I get warmed up, then throw on all my layers and head outside. Obviously this only works if you have a treadmill near a route to run.

Umm hate to be the bearer of bad news but the reality is to stop being a bitch, suck it up, and go on a mothafucken run

This is a good one I just wish our track wasn’t 6.6 laps per mile because I struggle to count/remember
