What exercises would you say helped the most in achieving this
This must be thor
The only back exercises I do are Pull ups Lat pull downs Cable rows T bar rows Shrugs (Not all in one day, I usually do 3-4 of those per back/bi day)
How many times do you train back per week?
Right now I can only make the gym 4x a week, and I’m on a 3 day split, so I guess 1.3 times per week?
