
Damnn i see what you mean. Yea that’s all I eat, pretty plain. I eat chicken too. I mix a scoop or two of protein powder into my yogurt. I also have protein bread I found at aldi with avocado on it in the morning for more calories. That’s basically my breakfast everyday. It’s about 60-70g of protein. I buy a huge tub of protein powder every month so it lasts me.
