It’s generally great for you. Improved recovery, cardiovascular health, reduced stress, etc. It’s not enough to see any noticeable difference in progress within the short term, but it’s definitely still worth it

It does dehydrate your body though so I always drink a lot of water and include electrolytes into my diet
