Wahh wahh wahh. You got AT LEAST 45 years of life left. You don't wrinkle and die at 30 and it doesn't take 7 years to look fit. Plus the mirror doesn't have anything to do with your having a good life. You can be fit and still miserable to see a therapist instead of

you don’t need to be jacked to enjoy life. we only have one life to live and it’s short as is and can end at any moment, just fucking enjoy it. the thought of not enjoying my life for years because I don’t look the way I want to yet is insanity. lock tf in and enjoy the process and enjoy your life while you work toward your goals

i know, but i meant to possibly be jacked like the guys online and occasionally irl who had been lifting for that long (possibly even longer). i’d also elect to say the mirror is pretty relevant to having a good life. at least where i am now (a bit of muscle, but chubby), i don’t like being in public, i don’t date, i only wear sweaters and jeans, and i avoid socializing with people soo
