How to overcome gym anxiety?

Just overcome it tbh. Gym is a place where people go to better themselves. Everyone shares that same goal. While you’re there, think about how much time you spend thinking about people that aren’t you…. Probably none. It’s the same for everyone else

Underrated advice. Cutting caffeine out of my life has made me calmer and overall a less anxious person.

Yes I am working my way towards this by having less caffeine but I still use it to go number 2 I can’t lie.

Nobody in their right mind will judge you. I judge people who don’t make an effort to improve themselves, not people who are actively working on themselves in the gym
