Anyone else lacking in progress because of poor diet? I eat pretty well except for an insane sugar addiction idk how to stop it

Switch it out for lower calorie options. I’ve pretty much replaced MOST of my sugar cravings for diet soda

ALSO!!! Just time your carbs!! 30-60 minutes before you lift have some candy (around 30-60gs of carbs) it helps a lot you get the fix and you have fuel for your workout
