i walk incline for like a half hour every day but i get like really into it and push myself to the max, i was wondering if i should take rest days from this? or just for heavy lifting

Walking does not impede any lifting. Walking is mostly aerobic and you will not get interference affect from it. If you’re doing heavy interval training everyday (you aren’t) then you’d feel the fatigue and you’d get feedback from your body. Incline walk everyday it actually boosts your lifting.

If you’re walking at a high enough incline or speed it will. Incline walking does benefit your lifting I won’t deny that.
